The falls got its name from the Hiligaynon word 'Asik' which means 'Sprinkle.' Waters coming out from its rock walls sprinkles the river.
We have traveled from General Santos to Cotabato City to Alamada. In Alamada, we hired a roundtrip habal-habal to Asik-Asik Falls for 700php (2pax)
Start descending at a very steep stairs with almost a thousand steps (700-1000 steps) I lost count. But one thing I can assure you, your legs will uncontrolably quiver!
