Arrange your tour at Tourism Office, they are very friendly and helpful. Hire a habal-habal (motorbike) for 250php to take you to Niludhan Falls. From Niludhan Falls, went straight to Mabinay Cold Spring for a 10php entrance. Mabinay spring offers Canopy Walk, Zipline, Swimming Pool and Kayaking. Just a stone throw away from Mabinay Spring, is Honey's Relax Inn. A cheap accommodation 2 minute walk from Mabinay Spring. 350php for a room per night.
