It is called the Torre Peak or Lantawan Peak by the locals.
I was invited by an officemate whom I am not quite acquainted with, but I enthusiastically accepted his invitation.
Meeting place was at Phoenix Gas Station in Mandaue where I met a group of 6 strangers for the first time namely, Jonathan, Dynah, Jan-Jan, Dale, Dennis and Claire.
At 7am We took a regular bus to Catmon for 59php (non-aircon bus). Registration is at Catmon Police Station and paid 650php for the Climbers Permit good for 20 climbers.
Catmon only accepts 1 group of climbers per day. If the group decides to camp and spend a night, Catmon will not accept climbers the next day. This is for the maintenance and preservation of their timberland.
We hired a habal-habal for 350php per pax to take us to the jump off point in Brgy. Agsuwao. We asked for our drivers contact numbers and will contact them on our way down. They will be waiting for us at the jump off point when we get back.

Kuya Carling, our tour guide awaits us at Brgy. Agsuwao and started our 2 hour trek to Basecamp. Tour guide fee is 150php per pax.
We had our 1 hour lunch break at Basecamp. They are so kind to offer us free coconuts but we insisted on paying.
Trekking from Basecamp to Mt. Kapayas Summit took us another 2 hours. The last part was an ascend where you climb rock with sharp edges peeling the sole of our shoes.
It was foggy when we reached the peak.
We waited until it slowly gave way for a clearing, exposing a beautiful view of Catmon.
TINUBDAN FALLS
On our way down from Mt. Kapayas, we already contacted our habal-habal drivers to meet us at the jump-off point to takes us to Tinubdan Falls.
